郭天龙 — 教育是什么？
教育自古以来都是国家人才培养和发展的根本，“少年弱则国弱，少年强则国强”这句话充分体现出了教育的社会地位和重要性，那么教育到底是什么？这个问题千百年来都是学者和教育家们一直在研究和讨论的话题，教育对家和国家的意义以及作用到底是什么？
今天我们很有幸访问到了舒博教育集团创始人郭天龙院长，在教育这个问题上郭院长作出了以下的表示发言：“我们做的这个教育到底是什么？我们究竟想给孩子带来什么？如果孩子的人格不健全，身心不健康，那学习还有意义吗？所以我们说教育的本质应该是灵魂的唤醒，思想的觉醒。”
对于孩子的教育方法郭院长表示：“其实我们发现一个问题孩子的背后往往会有一个问题的家庭，我们对孩子进行分类，分阶段，分类要真正做到因材施教，不是说像吃火锅一样所有的青菜萝卜通通往锅里倒，不是这样子的，因为那样会导致交叉感染。我们会对每个孩子要进行评估测试，一对一的跟进和辅导，在不同的阶段要在不同的环境里面去培养孩子，真正地让孩子的身心健康得到发展。”
什么是教育？郭院长表示其实教育本质的第一步是自我的觉醒和成长，这个是非常关键的，学会自我教育，教育不是先教你而是先教我自己。同时教育是根本的根本，如果一个国家的教育搞不好，如果教育失败出问题了，小到家庭大到国家，我们所有的奋斗和经济指标是没有任何意义的。
我们要去唤醒更多的人，那么首先我们要唤醒自己，我们和孩子们共同成长进步，共同去探索和追求真理，这才是教育的初衷和使命。
