怒~羞辱华人的字眼Ching Chong争议多…
澳大利亚柏斯南区Canning Vale一间汉堡包店最近在网络“爆红”，但是并不是因为汉堡包的份量或配料而“爆红”，而是店主为他的汉堡包取了羞辱华人的名字，Ching Chong。
根据报道，这家店的其中一款汉堡包名为“中国佬汉堡”（Ching Chong Burger），被网民批评涉嫌种族歧视。
这家餐厅，为各种汉堡包起了“独特”的名字，包括“麻烦友”汉堡（The Troublemaker）和“魔幻蘑菇”汉堡（Magic Mushroom）。
“中国佬汉堡”涉嫌种族歧视:
不过，它的一款“中国佬汉堡”引起了争议。网民LisaChappell在网上发起联署，批评该餐厅涉嫌种族歧视。
Lisa Chappell认为，该店用“中国佬”这个字眼，是非常冒犯丶诋毁和不适当的。
七号新闻台（7News）引述“庄尼汉堡”的马来西亚裔店主称，他无意冒犯任何人，使用该名字只因它的意思是“可靠”而“原创”的。
美国待应使用这字眼而丢职:
其实，使用Ching Chong这个字眼而引发争论的事件，并不只澳大利亚这间餐馆而已，2017年8月份时，美国一家餐馆的待应便由于在单据中使用这个字眼来形容一位华裔顾客，而引发极大的争论。
美国一名华裔女子周诗琪（Ziggy Chau）8月16日在纽约曼哈顿一家餐厅Cornerstone Café打电话订餐，但是她看到收据上的顾客姓名处竟写着含有种族歧视意味的Ching Chong字眼。当时周诗琪就相当震惊和生气。
据了解，Ching Chong带有侮辱意味，用来模仿和嘲笑华人或其他亚裔人士讲母语时的声音。那么Ching Chong中文是什么意思呢？美国流行语网站“城市词典”（Urban Dictionary）对Ching Chong的解释是“傲慢的非亚裔人士认为亚裔唯一会说的词。”（The only wordarrogant non-Asians think all Asians say）。
涉及餐馆道歉灭火:
周诗琪将收据的照片分享至脸书（Facebook）后，引发美国各界回响，美国网友们更联合抵制这家Cornerstone Café餐厅。
据了解，在这事件爆发之后，Cornerstone Café的经理罗科（Rocco）在脸书PO文道歉，也解雇打出歧视字眼的女员工。罗科表示，他们不是种族主义者，“今天的事让我无言以对。”
他说，收据上的服务生姓名处写的Rubi并不是打出歧视字眼的员工，而是另一位女职员，只是系统刚好显示Rubi。罗科说会对此负全责，也请大家原谅他们。
亚裔人士经常选择容忍:
美国虽然拥有多元文化，但是种族歧视依然屡见不鲜。当黑人、拉丁裔等遭受歧视时通常较勇于回击，但是亚裔人士经常选择容忍。
周诗琪表示，很感谢许多中文媒体如 SinoVision、World Journal 世界日报、Sing Tao Daily 美西版报导此事，因为包括她母亲在内的许多老一辈华裔人士只阅读中文报纸，如此一来这些人也能知道这件事，同时了解他们是可以反击的。
